NEW YORK The New York office of Lowe has filled key vacancies in account planning and media by promoting Greg Andersen to director of planning and recruiting former Sony Electronics media director Serge Del Grosso to become director of media planning, the Interpublic Group shop said. Both will also carry the title of executive vice president.

Andersen, 37, previously was evp, director of connection planning, working on clients such as Macy’s and Nestle. He fills the vacancy left by the December exit of Joan Dufresne.
