NEW YORK – Lois/USA last week announced several staff changes including the appointment of Ron Holland to the post of creative director, Lois, N.Y., taking that title from chairman and chief executive George Lois, who remains head of the agency. Holland, formerly of Holland & Calloway worked with Lois in the 1970s when they partnered in an agency. Also, Jon Tracosas, evp/account services and general manager, left the agency to become executive vice president/group director at Deutsch/Dworin, N.Y. Mark Rothman, formerly evp/strategic planning succeeds Tracosas. Neil Brownlee, copy chief, was named svp, Lois/USA Direct, a new entity. Bob Stewart, formerly a partner of Tardino & Stewart, was named chief financial officer. Controller Joanne Pirrone-Savino moves to Lois’s Chicago office.
