KSV Co-CD Takes Independent Route

BOSTON Todd Gallentine’s resume includes work for some of the biggest names in the business, such as Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos and Deutsch. But last week, citing the potential for “more opportunity,” the 39-year-old art director took the new post of co-creative director at Kelliher Samets Volk in Burlington, Vt.

At the 50-person, $35 million independent, Gallentine will work with KSV’s longtime CD Bill Drew. Most recently, Gallentine freelanced at indie shop Boathouse in Needham, Mass., for a about a year.

At KSV, he will manage an eight-person creative department and oversee all creative work, focusing on the Sugarbush ski resort, the Vermont Department of Health and the Vermont Energy Investment Corp.
