SACRAMENTO, CALIF. – The California Trade and Commerce Agency here last week was set to name J. Walter Thompson/S.F. ad agency for the $4.5-million Office of Tourism and Economic Development account. Kresser/Craig, Santa Monica, Calif., notified its intent to protest the decision. The protest could delay the naming of an agency from one to six months and could send the CTCA back into review.
