-Red Sky Interactive, San Francisco,
developed Oxford Express, a shirt buying utility incorporated into the e-commerce site of Lands’ End, Dodgeville, Wis. The Java-based utility helps shoppers narrow down choices among the site’s thousands of styles, sizes and colors.

-Music magazine publishers Vibe/SPIN
Ventures, New York, and OnRadio, Santa Cruz, Calif., the Web network for broadcast radio stations, launched The site is an online extension of Blaze magazine, the hip hop monthly. The site was designed by TPI, New York, InterActive8’s ethnic marketing division., the San Francisco-based online retail division of Federated Department Stores, has partnered with IBM, Armonk, N.Y., on the launch of a revamped
e-commerce site. In addition to providing site development expertise, IBM will plug in its e-business campaign
around Thanksgiving.

-A new site called launches
officially on Dec. 1, tying e-commerce to philanthropy. The Los Angeles-based site lets shoppers at online stores direct a donation from the purchase price to more than
640,000 U.S. non-profit organizations. Retailers currently participating in a preview
period of the site include J.Crew, Brookstone, Great Flowers, Avon, Omaha Steaks, Cyberian Outpost and K-TEL.

-Clinique, a division of Estƒe Lauder
Companies, New York, announced it will put its entire product line up for sale on its site,, this month. Designed
in-house, the site now features more than
2,000 skincare, cosmetic and fragrance items.

-San Francisco children’s edutainment
company ePLAY launched a new site for kids,, featuring eBUGS Adventures games to be played online and off. The site includes daily episodic programming with related information on history and cultures, lesson plans to enrich social studies curricula, and more games featuring the company’s concept of “smart play,” designed to help children develop various kinds of intelligence.

-Corrections: SF Interactive created banners for Hewlett-Packard’s 3100 printer. The name was incorrect in the Nov. 16 IQ section … DDB Interactive operated under the umbrella of Beyond DDB but was not formerly known by that name … The interactive agency for Coca-Cola’s Christmas promotion is Martin Interactive, Richmond, Va. … 3Com’s online promotion does not include U.S. Robotics’ Winmodem or Internet Discovery Suite
