Arnold, Ground Zero in BC/BS Review

CHICAGO—Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota has narrowed the list of contenders vying for its $80-110 million, 10-year anti-smoking ad program. Still in the hunt are: Arnold in San Francisco; Ground Zero in Marina del Rey, Calif.; Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami; BVK in Milwaukee; and BBDO and Carmichael Lynch, both in Minneapolis, a company rep said. A decision is due by July.
