Henderson Advertising has hired Andy Mendelsohn as executive creative director. He joins the agency Feb. 21.
Mendelsohn replaces Bob Warren, who left the Greenville, S.C., agency last September to join Fitzgerald & Co. in Atlanta as senior vice president and group creative director.
Mendelsohn, 43, was co-creative director at Warwick Baker O’Neill in New York, a position he shared with John Short under chief creative officer Kevin O’Neill.
The 43-year-old executive began his career at Warwick as a copywriter in 1983, then moved to Saatchi & Saatchi as associate creative director in 1985.
