Grizzard Guides Ciba Vision Marketing

ATLANTA Ciba Vision has selected Grizzard to provide promotional and marketing software solutions, the agency said.

According to the Atlanta shop, its proprietary software, Direct Marketing Enterprise Solution, went live this February to manage fulfillment of the company’s business orders. Transactions originate over the Internet through Grizzard’s Web-based technology and are filled automatically while creating a database of information for the client.

Grizzard said that data could be used to refine marketing plans, create campaign strategies, manage inventory and build updated software models.

“Grizzard’s solution allows us to utilize data to achieve new and measurable results,” said Betty Fisher, Ciba Vision’s director of global customs transportation and literature distribution. “We expect to extend our relationship with the agency while maximizing our profits.”

Ciba Vision, the eye care unit of Novartis AG, Basel, Switzerland, is an Atlanta-based research, development and manufacturing company of ophthalmic products and services. Billings are undisclosed.
