SAN FRANCISCO – The list of 31 agencies competing for the $23-million California Milk Processor Board’s account has been boiled down to four San Francisco finalists. Last week, the board named Goldberg Moser O’Neill; Goodby, Berlin & Silverstein; Foote, Cone & Belding; and Hal Riney & Partners to participate in the final rounds. Presentations will be made the week of June 14th. No speculative creative will be involved. Instead, the firms will be asked to share their ideas on how best to market milk in California. A selection is expected the week of June 21.
