Ford Marketer Rewey to Retire

Bryan Kelly, the head of Ford Motor Co.’s e-commerce initiative ConsumerConnect, has been tapped to replace Bob Rewey as the automaker’s top marketing executive.

Rewey, 62, is retiring this month after 38 years at Ford, the last 15 months as group vice president, global consumer services and North America.

Kelly takes the title of vice president, global consumer services. Replacing Kelly at ConsumerConnect is Karen Francis, who formerly headed marketing for Oldsmobile.

Rewey was credited by Ford CEO Jac Nasser with driving the the automaker’s transformation to a consumer-focused company.
