NEW YORK Andrea Alstrup, corporate vice president of advertising at Johnson & Johnson, is stepping down as co-chair of the Family Friendly Programming Forum, which she helped found five years ago. Fellow co-chair Brad Simmons, vice president of media services at Unilever, is also stepping down.

Simmons replaced Bob Wehling of Procter & Gamble as co-chair two years ago.

Succeeding Alstrup and Simmons as co-chairs are Kaki Hinton, vice president of advertising services for Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, and Bill McCarron, vice president for media and sponsorships at Verizon.
