Money Syner Communications, a London-based independent healthcare shop, last week was acquired by Euro RSCG Life, a unit of Havas’ Euro RSCG Worldwide, Euro said. The resulting entity, called Euro RSCG Life MSC, will be based in London. Euro will take on MSC clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Roche and Schering-Plough. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
