BOSTON Ed Eskandarian, chairman and CEO of the Arnold worldwide agency network, will be honored tonight for his contribution to enhancing business relations between France and the U.S.

The French-American Chamber of Commerce is presenting Eskandarian with this year’s French-American Business Award of New England. Eskandarian in August 2000 engineered the sale of Arnold parent Snyder Communications to Paris-based holding company Havas in a deal estimated at $2.1 billion.

Arnold ranks as New England’s largest ad agency, working for clients such as Volkswagen of America, Royal Caribbean and Citizens Bank.
