ActZero, a Burlingame, Calif.-based interactive infrastructure company, and the Internet auction site eBay have created a benefit sports memorabilia auction tied to Saturday’s East-West Shrine football game.
During the game, the nation’s oldest college all-star football contest, visitors registered at www.tv.ebay.com will be able to bid on items such as a trip to this year’s Pro Bowl in Hawaii, and proceeds benefit the non-profit Shriner’s Hospitals for Children.
Actzero allows advertisers to interact with their audiences through a television or personal computer.
