NEW YORK Dutch shop Darling has opened an office here with Jeroen Bours as CEO, Avi Dan as president and David Hale as chief creative officer.

The office, known as Darling Advertising & Design, opens with about 20 staffers and six clients, including Hamilton Beach and Pernod Ricard’s Level vodka, according to Dan. The creative-only shop will offer everything from traditional and digital advertising to design and experiential efforts.

Bours, 47, is a former chief creative officer at Interpublic Group’s Hill, Holliday in New York who, during the course of his career, has worked on brands such as Liberty Mutual, MasterCard, American Express Open, BP and Acela.
