Di Clemente, McAteer Get Initiative Posts

Initiative Media in New York has installed Michael Di Clemente and Andrea McAteer as executive vice presidents, group account directors in its client service department. Di Clemente and McAteer will oversee account management for a number of key clients, including Bayer, Nestle, Pennzoil-Quaker State and Victoria’s Secret. Prior to joining Initiative, Di Clemente was vice president, associate media director of RJ Palmer. He has held senior management positions with The Lord Group, Lord Dentsu & Partners and Lord, Einstein, O’Neill & Partners and has worked with consumer products and business-to-business clients. McAteer has worked on brands such as Kraft Foods, Nabisco, AT&T, GlaxoSmithKline and TDWaterhouse. Prior to joining Initiative, she was managing partner, account director at Mediaedge:cia. McAteer also has been executive vice president, director of media services at Foote, Cone & Belding and held senior media planning and buying positions at Grey Advertising, Ogilvy & Mather, BBDO and Tatham, Laird & Kudner. Additionally, Initiative has promoted research executive John Mossawir to senior vice president, director of strategic development from vice president, associate director. Mossawir will remain based in New York and will report to Stacey Lynn Koerner, executive vice president, director of global research integration.
