Davis Builds Law Firm’s Elders Practice

ATLANTA Davis & Co. said it has created a branding campaign for the law firm of Oast & Hook.

In ads already appearing in newspapers and on news and talk radio programming, the Virginia Beach, Va., agency positions Oast & Hook as specialists in elder law. According to the Portsmouth, Va.-based firm, this is the fastest-growing legal specialty in the nation.

“Oast & Hook focuses on a narrow range of the law,” said agency president Jerry Davis. “It is a growing area and early positioning will allow the firm to dominate the elder law practice in its region.”

The campaign, featuring “Legal power for seniors and the disabled” as a tagline, also will appear in professional publications targeting other attorneys, the shop said. Four print executions combine large black-and-white photographs of senior citizens with copy that addresses specific elder and disabled law issues.

Radio spots were recorded by celebrity seniors, including television actress Beverly Garland and movie and TV actor William Wyndham.

Campaign spending was not disclosed.
