Rob Reilly, a partner and worldwide chief creative officer at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, is leaving the agency to pursue “new ventures,” the shop said today.

In addition, his wife, Laura Bowles, a managing director, partner and veteran account leader at the agency, also is exiting.

In 2008, after top creative Alex Bogusky became co-chair at CP+B, Reilly and Andrew Keller assumed the top creative roles at the MDC Partners agency, as co-ecds. Two years later, Keller rose to CEO and Reilly became CCO.

In the wake of Reilly’s departure, CP+B said its creative department will be restructured to have "increased autonomy" at its offices in Miami, Boulder, Los Angeles, London and Gothenburg, Sweden.
