NEW YORK — CBS is developing several reality shows that, combined with its stockpile of series and movies, will keep the network well-prepared for the possibility of the fall season being delayed by a writers strike, CBS Television chief Leslie Moonves said Thursday.

Speaking to a group of about 400 media buyers at a preview of the network’s development for the 2001-02 season, Moonves said he didn’t want to tip his hand to the competition and declined to elaborate on the new reality shows in development.
