RIO DE JANEIRO – DM-9, one of Brazil’s hottest creative shops, has opened a subsidiary agency called 94. The new shop will specialize in handling political parties and candidates. Nizan Fuanaes, the ceo of DM-9 and Brazil’s representative on the 1992 Cannes jury, has a reputation for having helped several Brazilian politicians win tight elections.
