DALLAS – Ornelas & Associates here last week landed the estimated six-figure Borden pasta group Hispanic account without a review, in a move that marked the group’s first foray into Hispanic advertising. Initial advertising efforts will be focused in Texas, currently a test market for the pasta group’s Hispanic marketing. The agency’s first work is expected to break in late August. A fourth-quarter promotion also is in the works. The client could not be reached for comment.
