CHICAGO–Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota has selected three finalists for its 10-year, $80-110 million anti-smoking program, according to the consultant handling the search. Moving on are BBDO and Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis, and Crispin, Porter + Bogusky, Miami, said consultant Jan Apple of Minnetonka, Minnesota.
Cut from the review were Arnold in San Francisco, BVK, Milwaukee, and Ground Zero in Los Angeles.
The three finalists have been given an assignment and presentations are scheduled for the second week of July, Apple said.
