CHICAGO–Bcom3’s worldwide revenue was essentially flat for the first quarter of 2002, according to the Chicago-based holding company’s quarterly filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
For the first three months of 2002, worldwide revenue was $446 million, compared with $447 million for the comparable period in 2001.

U.S. revenue was down almost 1 percent to $245 million compared with $247 million for 2001. International revenue increased 0.2 percent to $201 million, compared with $200 million for 2001.
