Bartle Bogle Hegarty in London has launched Leap Music, a music-publishing house that will acquire the rights to original and unpublished songs for use in its European commercials, the agency said. BBH has a 75 percent stake in the operation; the other quarter is owned by Richard Kirstein, former head of film, TV and media at Bertelsmann’s Zomba Music Publishers and managing director of Leap.
