LOS ANGELES – A planned restructuring at Bally’s Health and Tennis Corp.’s marketing department has led to speculation that the company will launch a review for the $35-million account currently at Western International Media/L.A. for media buying and Suissa Miller/Santa Monica, Calif., for creative. Bally’s new vp/marketing Sandy Silver confirmed that he will consolidate the marketing staff at the Chicago headquarters. Though he said the speculation may be a bit premature, he didn’t rule out a review of the business. ‘As we evaluate those things, we’ll make changes as needed,’ Silver said. Suissa Miller co-principal Bruce Miller said he met with the client last week and received no indication that there were any plans to place the business in review. Suissa Miller won the account seven months ago.
