NEW YORK — Avon Products Inc. Friday named Deborah I. Fine, a magazine industry veteran, as president of a new global business that will focus on the market of teenage girls.
Ms. Fine, 41 years old, will join Avon Sept. 4. In the newly created position, Ms. Fine, who most recently served as vice president and publisher of Conde Naste Publications’ Glamour magazine, will be responsible for developing Avon’s entry into the teen market, focusing on the needs and interests of teenage girls, including beauty and related products.
