Amtrak is reviewing its $27 million account, the client said. Requests for proposals were sent to 16 agencies with travel and hospitality experience, including incumbent White & Baldacci. The independent Herndon, Va., agency has worked for Amtrak since 1978. A client representative said Amtrak is looking for a single national agency, but will probably retain some regional roster shops.
