ATLANTA — Alltel has placed its $70 million account into review, according to a statement issued by the client.
The Little Rock, Ark. telecom has retained The Rojek Cutcher Group in Cleveland, Ohio to lead the process. Incumbent The Martin Agency in Richmond, Va., has been invited to defend. Officials at Martin could not be reached for comment.
