Target Marketing & Promotions, Boston, re-cently wrapped up an eight-week radio merchandising plan for Get Together Games from Hasbro, Pawtucket, R.I., in five major radio markets across the U.S. The program was designed to create awareness of Hasbro games such as Taboo, Scattergories and Pictionary. The plan was aimed at adults 18-30 years old in New York, Chicago, Detroit, Dallas and Boston. DJ endorsements, on-air gameplay, Web-site gameplay, contests, 60-second radio spots and station remote events were meant to emphasize the fun of board games.

The Weber Group, Cambridge, has been selected as public relations agency for Avid Technology, Tewksbury, an international provider of digital audio and video tools for information and entertainment applications.

Marenghi & Associates, Westwood, has changed its name to Marenghi Public Relations.

TWA’s Ambassador magazine hired ChebaccoDesign&Communications, Hamilton, to create a media kit. The kit highlights the in-flight magazine’s reader profiles and includes a three-ring binder which contains tabs, inserts and a media brochure.

Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, Boston, a founding corporate member of Employers Against Domestic Violence, has completed pro bono design and printing services for an invitation and poster regarding a domestic violence and employment law panel.

NEW HAMPSHIRE

MicroArts Corp., Portsmouth, was retained by MatchBookFX, an electronic matching network for the foreign exchange market. MicroArts is charged with developing corporate ID and marketing communications for MatchBookFX, and growing the brand into the primary marketplace for trading foreign currencies online.

Brown & Company Graphic Design, Ports-mouth, has added three new accounts to its client roster. The graphic design agency is working on creative assignments for well-known entertainment-related organizations Daddy’s Junky Music, Manchester, and the Telluride Film Festival, as well as Salience, Andover, Mass., a company specializing in outsourcing services.

Digital People, Merrimack, recently opened in New Hampshire to provide staffing services for the state’s creative community. The creative division of Pro Staff, Digital People is focusing on the freelance and full-time placement of mid-level and high-end graphic designers, production artists, content specialists and project managers for print and new media environments.

RHODE ISLAND

Integrated Marketing Concepts, Providence, has designed a 16-ft mural for the Westerly Hospital. The murual incorporates 75 years of the hospital’s commitment to community values and clinical excellence.

VERMONT

Evergreen Direct, Middlebury, was awarded a Web development assignment from The Equitable for its members retirement program site. The Equitable has been a client of Evergreen for the past four years and the agency has developed a variety of integrated branding, collateral and direct mail campaigns for the division.
