KGA Advertising, Middletown, was named Pilot Pen Corp. of America’s agency of record for creative, effective Jan. 1, 1998. After an initial capabilities review with an undisclosed number of New England agencies, KGA Advertising advanced to the finals along with the incumbent New York agency and two Connecticut shops. The advertising campaign for the Trumbull-based client will predominantly involve broadcast media.
Bank of the Hudson-Poughkeepsie (N.Y.) Savings Bank has appointed BN Group, Randolph, its agency of record for public relations services.
Dugan/Farley Communications, a division of Bozell, Jacobs, Kenyon & Eckhardt Health Services in Upper Saddle River, has received the first agency of record assignment for Tomorrows Children’s Fund at Hackensack (N.J.) University Medical Center.
