According to Neal Hubman, head of growth partnerships at Reddit Inc., a challenger brand is one that can understand how to be transparent and authentic. During Hubman’s Challenger Brands breakout session, he delved into this idea and offered insights on how brands can connect with the thousands of unique communities on the platform. For example, brands should make an effort to learn a community’s language and then tailor messages accordingly.
