The Adweek Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council brings together leading Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Brand Officers, Chief Executive Officers, Brand Presidents, and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officers at the helm of some of the world’s most renowned brands. The diverse perspective from different verticals, different roles, different backgrounds was purposeful to bring this one dynamic group together under a collective shared passion–advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the marketing ecosystem.

The council will focus on awareness, collaboration and impact. This council will oversee multiple initiatives, including the Adweek Executive Mentor Program, as well as collaborating across the industry to create and surface meaningful diversity, equity and inclusion actions for marketers to lead change within their organizations.

Adweek has been at the forefront of covering and advocating for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, having published more than 300 dedicated stories over the past two years, along with solution-focused events for unique communities. Combined with the guidance of our Steering Committee and CMO Symposiums, this council focuses on accelerating change, together.
