Career path: Kolbusz earned a reputation as one of advertising’s most esteemed creative leaders, best known for turning around Droga5 London’s operation between 2015 and 2022. Before that, he was creative director at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, deputy executive creative director at Bartle Bogle Hegarty London and ecd at Wieden+Kennedy New York. So his next move—to New York-based independent agency Orchard last year—was much anticipated.
