NEW YORK In a bid to jump-start Young & Rubicam’s new business efforts, the agency has promoted Sally Kennedy to chief marketing officer for North America.
Kennedy, who had been svp, marketing and sales at Y&R’s San Francisco office, will now split her time between that outpost and the shop’s headquarters in New York.
Her promotion comes as the WPP Group shop attempts to rebound from a string of client losses since December, including Computer Associates, Ford Motor Co.’s
