Work Acquires Lee Cosmetics

Work of Richmond, Va., one of seven agencies in Ogilvy & Mather’s Syndicate creative network, was hired to help launch the start-up cosmetics company of Hollywood image consultant and make-up artist Jeni Lee.
Billings were not disclosed.
Jeni Lee Enterprises, Cincinnati, is introducing in late summer its cosmetics “designed specifically for women over the age of 35,” said Work account supervisor Tasha Tolliver. The product line, intended to appeal to a variety of skin tones, will range from foundation and concealer to lipstick and eyeliner.
According to Work creative director Cabell Harris, his shop pitched against several national agencies.
