MINNEAPOLIS - Wilsons the Leather Experts here last week named Chuck Ruhr Advertising, Minneapolis, its agency of record following a review that included other undisclosed agencies. Billings are estimated at $3-4 million. The account was previously handled by DDB Needham/Los Angeles.
