ATLANTA–In its first major branding effort in five years, Wachovia Corp. this week launches a series of six television spots promoting the bank’s commitment to keep its customers’ best financial interests at heart. Long Haymes Carr in Winston-Salem, N.C., created the campaign.





The spots, running in Wachovia’s core markets in Georgia and the Carolinas, begin by asking, ‘Where are you?’ referring to one’s financial position. One commercial, called ‘Child in Air,’ depicts a man and his son playing at the beach.
