SAN FRANCISCO Independent Venables, Bell & Partners has restructured its management team and promoted Nick Johnson and Suzanne Reeves, formerly account directors, to the newly created positions of group account directors, agency principals said today.

Johnson, 33, and Reeves, 37, report to Bob Molineaux, president, and will oversee all account services, said Paul Venables, VB&P founder and co-creative director.

Previously, Johnson was responsible for Barclays and HBO, and Reeves has run the Siebel, Animal Planet and the Robert Mondavi Winery accounts.
