LOS ANGELES Luctor International has started a search for an agency to handle creative and media duties for Vincent Van Gogh vodkas and vodka-based liqueurs, a company representative said.

The Reno, Nev.-based importer has not determined its ad budget, but president David van de Velde, who is leading the search, said it could range from $2-10 million. The company, which offers a wide array of flavored vodkas and liqueurs, has not advertised its products for the last two years.
