Exelon Corp., parent of energy companies ComEd and PECO Energy, has consolidated its $10 million ad account at Tierney Communications in Philadelphia, the agency said last week. The independent shop, which handles Exelon’s corporate and PECO accounts, bested Leo Burnett in Chicago for the ComEd brand. Burnett had handled ComEd since the mid-1950s.
