At the Advertising Women of New York’s The Good, Bad & Ugly Awards in New York last Thursday, Sirius Satellite Radio earned the Grand Ugly for having Pamela Anderson give a car a full-body wash in an in-house ad. But the image that is now burned indelibly into attendees’ fragile minds is of Lee Clow in a full beard, pigtails, a tank top and a floral skirt.

The show kicked off with a video created by TBWA\ Chiat\Day in New York that featured male creatives in drag—including Clow, Ogilvy & Mather’s “Stevie” Hayden, Euro RSCG MVBMS Partners’ “Kevina” Roddy and Wieden + Kennedy’s “Ty Lynne” Montague—discussing the travails of being female creative directors.
