The Detroit agency put together a fake request for proposals and sent it to “business friends and prospects we thought had the right sense of humor,” president Marcie Brogan said.
The five-page letter congratulated the recipient on being invited by Brogan’s “client selection committee” to submit a proposal to join the agency’s client roster.
