T3 has installed Kevin Hoetger as art director. With more than 10 years of design experience, Hoetger will lead the art direction on the Dell catalog. Prior to joining the Austin, Texas, shop, he was a senior graphic designer at Freescale Semiconductor. The agency has also hired Kim Martin as a media and billing specialist. Martin will work closely with the account service and media teams and be responsible for all media billing. She previously was a print buyer at Austin’s GSD&M Advertising.
