Flowers & Partners has won the $1-2 million account of LoanStream. The Dallas shop topped The Richards Group and undisclosed Texas contenders in a review for the business of the startup. The company offers financing over the phone and via the Internet.
Account director Rob VanGorden has been promoted to principal at The Richards Group. The 38-year-old "brand steward" for the shop's $15-20 million Chick-fil-A business becomes the 19th principal at the Dallas agency. VanGorden joined Richards in 1998.
