Volk Back at Arnold in Marketing Post
Kristin Volk returns to Arnold in the new position of chief marketing officer of the network’s New York outpost, Arnold McGrath. As a top account planner, Volk helped to shape Arnold campaigns in the ’90s before leaving to join Deutsch.

Wholesale Changes
BJ’s Wholesale Club is mulling an agency change. The discount chain has begun discussing its $5 million account with shops, sources said. Partners & Simons, the incumbent for about three years, said it looks forward to defending in a full-blown review.

Northern Exposure
Burlington, Vt., agency Kelliher Samets Volk, aiming to keep up with larger competitors in Boston, has made several key hires. The shop has bulked up its creative and planning capabilities, and hired “brand coach” Mark Koenigsberg to guide both agency staff and clients.

Ski Patrol
Following a recent change in ownership, Waterville Valley Resort is holding a review for its advertising account. Incumbent O’Neil Griffin Bodi of Manchester, N.H., is participating and looks to stave off bids from a trio of regional competitors.
