Robert Sleasman and Retsu Ikeda have joined Cincinnati agency Lipson Alport Glass as vice president of client services and design manager, respectively. Sleasman comes to the shop after stints at Procter & Gamble, Clorox and Ghirardelli. Ikeda’s 10-year career includes positions as a senior designer for Landor Associates in San Francisco, as well as work for Innodesign in Palo Alto, Calif., and The Gap in San Francisco.
