EarthLink is inviting Web surfers to make like Magellan and visit a New World's worth of URLs created as part of a new campaign for the Internet service provider.

"This is an invitation to celebrate the Internet. Explore, question, learn, discover, participate—make it what you want it to be. Get Linked," reads copy at www.get-linked.net, an EarthLink promotional site created by TBWA\Chiat\Day, Playa del Rey, Calif., as part of a $20-30 million national marketing effort.

The www.get-linked.net site is accessible through a number of URLs, including InnerMagellan.com, GalileosChildren.com and NetHugger.com. Those Web addresses are seen in outdoor, online, print and TV ads and on wall projections shined on downtown buildings in high-traffic areas of Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York and Sacramento, Calif.

"EarthLink champions people's pure relationship with the Internet and allows people to discover what the 'real Internet' is all about," said Lee Clow, chairman and worldwide creative director for TBWA Worldwide.
