DALLAS Publicis USA, part of the Paris-based Publicis Groupe, is shifting responsibilities and titles among top managers in the Publicis Mid America office in Dallas, the agency said.

Chairman Steve Price will relinquish the CEO title to current co-president and general manager Mark Bateman. Ted Barton, the other co-president, becomes the sole president and chief creative officer, the agency said.
