Austin Kelley Advertising has promoted Duncan Stone to creative director. In his new role, he will oversee the daily operations of the creative department. Stone, who joined the Atlanta agency in 1997, was most recently assistant creative director. He has produced creative for clients such as the Georgia Music Hall of Fame and Barn Fly western wear. Stone also has won local, national and international awards for his work. "Duncan is a brilliant writer who has done some of our best work," said Jim Spruell, agency chief creative officer. "He has grown into the leader that the agency needs and is well liked and respected by our staff as well as our clients." Stone succeeds Al Jackson, who is leaving Austin Kelley to pursue other opportunities.
