Pollak Levitt & Nel Accepts Invitation to Defend PCS Business
ATLANTA–Three months after introducing the largest television campaign in its brief history, wireless personal communications service provider Powertel has issued a request for proposal for its approximately $15 million advertising account.
Incumbent Pollak Levitt & Nel here confirmed reports that Powertel has begun a review for the business and that it has invited the agency to defend.
“We are participating in the review and are excited about the prospects,” said agency chief executive officer Jim Pollak.
“Powertel evaluates vendors on an ongoing basis,” said Joe Patterson, Powertel’s director of communications.
